I am very old, I remember saying others where old at 74 years old and Now I am the oldest person I know! 82 now What is it like? Well every joint hurts! but I don't say anything about that. I enjoy to cook but I seem to use the smoke alarm as a cooking timer!

PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
INGREDIENTS:
LENTIL SOUP1
Lb bag of dried lentils 1 Tbsp butter / margarine
3 cloves of crushed garlic 1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp. crushed ginger 8 oz. crush tomatoes
Wash lentils well. In the bottom of the pan you'll use to make soup, brown the garlic and ginger in the butter being careful not to burn it. Add about 5 cups of water and then the lentils and tomatoes. simmer for about 2 hours add the salt.
Korean BARBECUED RIBS4
Lb. pork or beef ribs 1 small onion
1/2 c. sugar 1 Tbsp. crushed seasame seeds
5 cloves garlic 1 tsp black pepper
1 c. soy sauce 1 Tbsp. sesame oil ( optional )
Marinate the ribs in the mixture of sauce, sugar, crushed garlic, minced onion and sesame seeds for 1 hour or more. Then cook in a frypan oven or grill until well done. Serve with rice and boiled vegetables.
Serves about 6 to 8 people.

Green Tomatoes Mince meatIngredients:
4 Qts green tomatoes chopped
3 qts chopped apples
2 boxes raisins
7 cups of sugar
1 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons nutmeg
1 grated orange rind and juice
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cover tomatoes with boiling water, drain and repeat twice.
Add all ingredients but vinegar and spices. Cook until clear Then add vinegar and spices, cook until thick
